Our Homes
Kay Julia (Julia’s House)
Julia’s House is MHHK’s first care home, opened in the winter of 2010. It is named Julia’s house after a 12 year old girl donated $100 of her birthday money to help the children in Haiti. Julia’s house is a home for our young boys and all our girls.
Auntie Sarah’s House of Hope
Auntie Sarah’s House of Hope is a loving home for our street boys. The home is named after an 84 year old woman, Auntie Sarah, who has baked and sold many pies to help raise money for Mission Haiti Helping Kids. Auntie Sarah’s House of Hope was opened in the summer of 2011. All the boys are safe, fed, loved and attend school. Many of them are attending school for the first time in their lives.
Diddi’s Do Drop Inn
This home is for our adolescent boys. It was renovated and opened in January of 2012. All of the boys, and the girls from Julia’s House, put many hours into cleaning and painting the house, making it into a beautiful home.
